LE BAL DE PARIS
The XIVth BAL DE PARIS takes place on Saturday 3rd December 2010 in Paris. It gathers about 700 participants coming from business, politics, arts, media, cinema and fashion, for a week-end of encounters and good time.
Its participants come from about thirty countries, from Western and Eastern Europe, USA and Canada, Latin America, Russia or Japan. This event is traditionally covered by the international press and televisions.
Like every year, the 2011 edition will open the doors of the most exclusive Paris clubs - Automobile Club de France and Cercle Interallié, and will include an Economic Conference at the Senate, a dancing evening at the Gioia restaurant at the VIP Room club and a cinema Awards Ceremony in presence of cinema celebrities.
Le Bal de Paris was founded and is still chaired by Michel Soyer and Her Highness Rixa Herzogin von Oldenburg, Gaëlle de Saint-Seine, and is run by an International Committee, and a Young Committee chaired by Jean-Sebastien Robine.
Each year an Honour Country is welcome, such as for the last editions Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania, Canada, Poland, South-Africa, Croatia. The 2011 Edition will be the celebration of the French overseas departments’ national year. It is organized under the High Patronage of Frederic Mitterrand, French Minister of Culture and Communication with the participation of Her Highness Duchess Rixa for Oldenburg, Michel Soyer, the Honorary Committee, the France-Overseas Committee and the European Committee.
